My packages have booking buttons that take you to my scheduling page. Submit an inquiry for a date and time that works for you! If you’d prefer a more personal approach, you can use the contact form on my website, send an email, or call/text me. Whatever is easiest for you!

When booking a package, I collect a small deposit. This holds your appointment time and covers travel expenses. The remainder of your invoice will be required prior to download of media for new clients. Repeat clients have net 15 terms. Invoices are payable by credit/debit card, cash, check, or Venmo.

No worries! I’m happy to work around your needs. That said, I do ask for 18 hours notice—for example, if we have an afternoon shoot, please let me know by the evening before your appointment. Due to a busy schedule, cancellations within 18 hours of appointment time may require a cancellation fee. (Weather exempt)

Some conditions may not be ideal for photo & video work—rain especially! In the even that there’s bad weather on our shoot day, we’ll work to find the next available appointment and reschedule. Overcast skies are not normally an issue and can be corrected in post processing, but dark clouds, rain or high winds could impact light as well as the ability to fly a drone.

If the property is occupied, I ask that an agent is present. This is for my safety, and to ensure that the property is ready to shoot. Vacant properties do not require you to be present, but I do require the lock box code or Supra access prior to booking confirmation.

When I arrive for your listing, I'll start with a quick walkthrough of the property—either on my own or with the agent—to plan the best shots and identify any last-minute staging needs.
The photography process typically takes 30-90 minutes depending on the size of your home. I'll capture several angles of the main living spaces (living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath) plus 1-2 shots of smaller rooms. Video work adds another 15-30 minutes to the timeline.
Drone photography can take an additional 15-45 minutes, depending on what aerial shots are needed for your property.
Your floor plan scan will take about 5-10 minutes, but may take longer for large properties.
Unless specifically requested beforehand, I don't typically photograph garages, small closets, outdoor storage sheds, or utility areas.

I recommend running through this Property Preparation Checklist just prior to the shoot. Feel free to share this with your clients ahead of time to help them make their property shine!
